I almost pulled the trigger but went with the inkbird instead.


Bezos had the 4-probe wifi inkbird for 50% off ($50). I hate wires and probes and I've heard mixed reviews on ink bird but figured I'd give it a shot for $50. I'm smoking 2 shoulders on Friday, one with Famous Daves and the other with Meat Church Holy Gospel.

Got some families down on the luck that need some pork in their lives. at $.99/lb, shoulders are still one of the few meats you don't have to mortgage the house for..
